Recyclapak Coronavirus Statement
March 13, 2019

We are continuing to closely monitor the potential impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on our business and supply chain.

Following the recent advice provided by the UK government in their ‘UK Coronavirus Plan’ and the current World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations for the virus, we are implementing measures to minimise risk of infection to our employees and customers.

We are advising that all employees strictly follow the infection control measures recommended by UK public health agencies. These include:

• Frequently washing hands by using alcohol-based hand sanitiser or soap and water.

• When coughing and sneezing, cover the mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue. When using tissues, to throw away the tissue immediately and wash hands.

• Anyone who has a fever, cough or feels unwell or suspects they may have the infection will be asked to contact the NHS services immediately and avoid contact with others until advised on next steps.

• Travellers returning from high-risk areas (Category 1) are being advised to self-isolate, even if asymptomatic, and use the NHS services to find out what to do next. Those returning from a Category 2 area are being informed to self-isolate if they develop symptoms and contact NHS services.

• Follow company protocols for dealing with waste which could be contaminated.

At Recyclapak, on a daily-basis, members of staff conduct external site visits, attend meetings off-site and delivery drivers come into close contact with warehouse operatives multiple times throughout the day. Therefore, we would kindly ask customers and suppliers to contact us immediately, should there be any exposure to COVID-19 at their site.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Our success is largely due to the efforts of our amazing team. Every one of you plays a very important role in the development of our company. It is as a result of your enthusiasm, support and dedication that this measure of success has become a possibility. Recyclapak Ltd. shall ever remain indebted to the contributions of its employees.
